| dc.description.abstract | High infestation by leaf miner was observed this year. Two accessions (IG 125018 and IG 125032) confirmed resistance to leaf miner with rating of 3 in the 1-9 visual damage score (VDS). Four others lines showed moderate infestation with VDS of 3.66 ranging between 3 to 5 (Table 1). The resistance sources will be given to breeders for use in the breeding programs to develop resistant varieties to leaf miner. | en_US |
