T has identified 19 PGP actinomycetes, which were also demonstrated for their broad spectrum of PGP traits including biofortification, antagonistic and entomopathogenic traits on cereals such as rice, sorghum and pearl millet and legumes such as chickpea and pigeonpea under field conditions, which needs to be mass multiplied and formulated in order to take these beneficial cultures for multi-location trials and to farmers. Hence, the main objective of this experiment was to identify the most suitable carrier material that can support the PGP actinomycetes for longer period.en_US
