| dc.description.abstract | الجميد والسمن منتج لبني معروف في الأردن حيث تم تصنيعه واستهلاكه منذ قرون عديدة. عملت إيكاردا مع المركز الوطني للبحث والارشاد لإدخال
بعض التغييرات في عملية تصنيع الجميد التقليدية. إن الطريقة المعدلة تحسن من جودة المنتج وتقلل من استهلاك المياه والطاقة اللازمة في
التصنيع. اعتمدت هذه التغييرات على إدخال بعض التقنيات البسيطة والتي يستطيع المصنع البسيط تطبيقها والقيام بها
تم تنفيذ المشروع كجزء من أهداف مشروع "تعزيز مهارات المرأة الريفية في صناعة منتجات الألبان وتسويقها في الاردن" والممول من قبل صندوق اوبك
