Abstract

In this document the different types of users of the platform are identified and their characteristics recorded. Related to user profiles, use cases are described too. User profiles/cases will be used to refine the design of the platform and to improve its effectiveness. The document derives from a theoretical analysis of the potential users, but it is also based on the hints collected during the several national and regional consultations with the local and international stakeholders
