Abstract
This manual is designed to serve as a guide to using partial budgeting for economic valuation and assessment of adopting new agricultural technology. It is intended to provide a framework for constructing a partial budget that can help farmers estimate whether adopting new agricultural technology or best practice is profitable and can increase net farm income. Partial budgeting is a great financial management and excellent planning tool for small and is specific change in farmer’s operations.
