| dc.description.abstract | This document describes an adjustment made to the feeding rate of a pneumatic dryer used to produce cassava flour in Ghana. The adjustment resulted in a significant improvement on the dryer’s energy performance. The work was funded by the CGIAR Research Program on Roots, Tubers and Bananas (RTB) and executed by the Natural Resources Institute (NRI) of the University of Greenwich, UK, in partnership with the Food Research Institute (FRI) of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ghana. | en_US |
