Gender & systemic research management - Lecture

Abstract

A 15 minutes lecture on research management in a gender-responsive manner; suggestions are made to use a systemic approach to management and measure performance of research management by applying 5 viability criteria of systems (innovative approach); the lecture points out the relevance of gender in achieving this systemically defined performance.
