Invitation for Proposal: CRP-Commissioned External Evaluation - CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems

Abstract

The CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems (CRP-DS) seeks the services of consultants to undertake a CRP-Commissioned External Evaluation (CCEE) for the program. This follows the direction of the CGIAR Fund Council (FC), in agreement with the Consortium Office (CO), in November 2013.
