Winder Barley Program

Abstract

Winter Barley Nurseries have been planted in 4 different locations in Turkey in 2015-16 crop growing season. The altitudes in locations change from 359 m asl in Sanliurfa to 1069 m asl in Konya and the coordinates change from 360 in Sanliurfa to 390 in Eskisehir Northern latitudes; from 300 in Eskisehir to 380 in Sanliurfa Eastern Longitude (Table 1). The material has not been harvested in Konya due to severe drought. Winter Barley International Nursery multiplications have been made in Sanliurfa.
