EIT Food Consumer Engagement Lab 2020: Co-design laboratory for a new food product organized by a UniversityCompany-Startup consortium with the active participation of over 65 consumers to be produced and placed on the market within 12 months from the end of the activities. 2021: Co-design laboratory focus on selected topics related to elderly consumers' preferences and food-related behaviors and outcomes of Labs will be disseminated through online sessions involving local food companies.
