Abstract
Six sweetpotato varieties and ten potato varieties were evaluated by consumers in Hanoi, Vietnam. Following the RTBFoods methodology, three main methods were used: 1) Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, 2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); and 3) Consumer testing. The results contributed to a more comprehensive understanding of consumer preferences for these product profiles
