Gender Responsible Scaling (GRS) Tool workshop for Roots, Tubers and Bananas

Abstract

Overall, feedback was very positive. Attendees felt that there was a definite need for a tool such as this, and that CGIAR project teams would benefit from sensitization and a methodological approach to gender inclusivity. Attendees commented that it would be useful to have specific users in mind, and that it was important for the core team to have a dissemination and scaling strategy of the tool itself. In 2021, the project team will incorporate this feedback, develop a final draft tool, and begin testing within established CGIAR projects.
