WOCAT2020+ Indicator Reference Manual (IRM)

Abstract

This document is the indicator reference manual, a tool WOCAT 2020+ uses to define indicators. An indicator reference manual is required for all indicators and must be complete within three months of the start of indicator data collection. This is a living document that will continuously evolve throughout the WOCAT2020+ lifespan and must be consistent with the WOCAT 2020+ MEL Plan and the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT). The document has been written for all stakeholders involved in the implementation of the WOCAT2020+ to foster a basic understanding of the network’s indicators and is key to ensuring indicator data quality and consistency
