Abstract
The focal point of this thesis is women’s access to and control over resources. I investigate whether women’s social identity, influence their resource access. Differences among women, inter- as well as intra-household, may derive from women’s multiple identities, determined by kinship, seniority, economic or social status (Jackson 1995).
