The International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (ICARDA) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), build on their experience of Research for Development (R4D) projects in the Near East, North Africa and Central Asia and bring together more than 15 partners to scale up and develop eﬀectve and long-term knowledge management capacities. This new initiative will provide practical examples of best practices - which will be analyzed and adopted by participating institution in Sudan, Morocco, and Moldova.
