Abstract

this ToR is meant to improve the relevance and user-friendliness of data-entry fields present in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) under the Capacity Development (CapDev) planning/reporting modules, that can be found in the Manage section of Projects and Activities/Products, as well as in the reporting sections CRP and Projects and POWB/AR/Open Facts modules.
