Abstract
This manual includes 5 units of computer lab guidelines for practicing the development of an spatial explicit multi-agent system model for simulating coupled community-landscape dynamics with example real-world data to answer simple what-if questions in land management and policy. The computer platform used is NetLogo that is download free from North Western University in USA.
