Develop at least 5 high biomass (green and dry biomass with better forage quality for forage; and dry biomass at maturity for biofuel purpose) OPVs and hybrids (top cross/ three way cross); and develop at least 5 A-/B- pairs and 30 restorer parents with high biomass potential.
