These organizations that support CACIP Goals, Vision, and Mission can be both international, regional or national as long as: a) have physical presence and activities in CACIP region; b) ensure the employment of personnel trained for its operations; c) ready to provide original data and knowledge for sharing; - financial: availability of financial resources to cover expenses, related with thematic and technical staff, cloud services, internet connections, etc.; - community: formation of CACIP community of experts, united around CACIP and often pursue common goals. They together uses online tools, maps and databases, interact each other and commited to CACIP mission and goals by provision of specific data, knowledge and maintaining thematic blogs; - technical: the CACIP platform sources much of its information and data from open source databases with active developer communities that follow international standards for geoinformation portals. With that, technically, the CACIP platform will continue to function independently from its original developers.
