Abstract
Present manual provides information about pomegranate growth, varieties and its role in land management in Uzbekistan.
This manual was prepared within the framework of the Bioversity/UNEP-GEF regional project "Conservation and sustainable use of agricultural crop biodiversity to improve ecosystem management and support functions in agricultural production systems of Uzbekistan" and was published. This project is being implemented in Uzbekistan and is supported by Bioversity International with technical support from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP).
