In view of the importance of the subject, a regional training course on, Agricultural Extension Methodology and Transfer of Technology was organised by ICARDA from 21-25 November 2005 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, under an ADB Project- Improving Rural Livelihoods through Efficient Water and Soil Fertility Management in Central Asia
