Abstract

Women, Work and Wage Equity in the Agricultural Sector in Saiss, Morocco by Dina Najjar in collaboration with Bipasha Baruah (UWO) and Aden Aw-Hassan (ICARDA). The findings of the survey are related to the gender wage gap and working conditions in the agricultural sector in Saiss Morocco and the presentation aims at sensitizing the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Rabat office on employment conditions in rural areas and getting their input on study findings. The work was presented at 24th IAFFE Annual Conference, Berlin, Germany, July 17, 2015 .
