Abstract
The presentation presented in collaboration with Abderahim Bentaibi (INRA) and Hicham Al Alaoui (ICARDA) findings related to the gender wage gap and working conditions in the agricultural sector in Saiss Morocco and aims at sensitizing the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Rabat office on employment conditions in rural areas and getting their input on study findings.
