Knowledge is divided into two main parts. The first is known as implicit knowledge which is the knowledge stored in the individuals minds also known as talents and personal skills which can not be transformed or transferred to others easily and are difficult to control. The second part is known as Explicit Knowledge, is generally the type of information stored at the organizations’ archives, in sort of electronic repository such as electronic databases or manually in manuals which contains of politics, regulations and documents. It is the knowledge that the individuals within the organization can access, use and participate in through meetings and seminars.
