Abstract
On January 24th 2026, ICARDA, in partnership with the Union Nationale des Femmes du Maroc (UNFM), organized the first Recipe Day under the NUSTALGIC project. The video follows participants through nutrition awareness sessions, interactive discussions on gender equality and shared household responsibilities, and live cooking demonstrations promoting the use of Neglected and Underutilized Species (NUS). Guided by UNFM facilitators, participants learned how to prepare artichoke and fava bean tajine, lentil salad, and fava bean bissara.
