Abstract
Based on the monitoring and evaluation framework structured by ICARDA for the CLCA 2 project, a
compilation of the CGIAR Common Reporting Indicators, the log-frame indicators of this project and a set
of additional indicators w. This selection was presented as the M&E framework in year 1. In order to be
able to collect the required information to generate these data forms within the CIMMYT’s data collection
system were designed and developed per region, technical staff were trained to collect field data and the
main data sets were generated. During data collection, a dynamic cleaning system took place in order to
verify with the agents in the field weather outliers were mistakes that could be modified or were actual
atypical data. The analysis of this curated datasets will be based on the M&E framework presented for the
project which includes a set of indicators that will be disaggregated in socio-economic aspects including
gender and age, and particular outcomes of the project as number of farmers adopting CLCA technologies,
trainings, productivity, climate resilience and strengthening of the network.
