dc.description.abstractSeed production is a major problem for mostly forage crops, as most of them are harvested and fed to livestock well before seed formation, unless intentionally kept for seed. There is hardly any company which produces seed for rainfed area like chakwal. During current year two male and two female farmers from both the villages were trained in informal seed production. The following critical factors for quality seed production were taken into account during training of farmers.en_US
