Abstract

This deliverable is is intended to operationalize the ICARDA Results Framework,through the use of a consistent list of indicators with detailed collection methodologies to be used along the impact pathway (Output-Outcome-Impact) for the project level aiming to provide an aggregated overview at portfolio level. The Indicators Reference Manuals, if used correctly, will reduce the risk of projects not being aligned with the ICARDA Strategy and thus enhance the measurement of ICARDA’s results.
