Abstract

This questionnaire is prepared to gather necessary information by different key informant interviewees - primarily institutions. The aim is that of gathering comprehensive knowledge on the involved institutions of various entity and scale. Such information will serve in assessing the existing institutional capabilities to better plan and intervene on capacity development.
