dc.description.abstractThis report summarizes the preliminary assessment of physical retail appreciation for MountainHER food products, conducted under Task 6.2. The assessment was carried out in partnership with established retailers in each participating country to test the "readiness to buy" (and willingness to pay a premium price) in real grocery shopping conditions. The analysis of the results refines the business plan and is an input for the the cooperatives' sales strategies (especially pricing).en_US
