India grows a large variety of medicinal plants. The most popular of them are isabgol, guggul, aswagandha, sarpgandha, satavri, tulsi etc. The healthiest part of isabgol are seeds which are used in medicine with or without its husk, with great impact and efficacy. The amount of crop produced is directly dependent from the water productivity and management of a particular region. The present study was conducted on farmer's field at Bajju in Bikaner district of Rajasthan.
