Abstract
Recipe Day 2 (RD2) – Summary
On June 24th 2026, ICARDA organized the second Recipe Day under the NUSTALGIC project in collaboration with the Directorate of Education, Training, and Research (DEFR) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, the School of Agriculture in Temara, and the Specialized Institute of Applied Technology in Hospitality and Tourism in Touarga. The video showcases participants' journey from nutrition awareness sessions and gender equality discussions to interactive cooking demonstrations led by professional chefs, who prepared chickpea salad with vinaigrette seasonning, creamy fava bean soup with shrimp, and lentil salad.
