dc.description.abstractThe overarching objective of this project is to establish and operate a NENA Regional Network of specialized Institutions, within the countries of reference, to conduct field measurements of actual ET, over selected crops and for at least two seasons, in order to evaluate the accuracy of existing RS based ET estimates. The Network has been named NENA-ETNet. The present report is describing the governance framework and membership of partners involved from the region for an effective Regional ET-Network.en_US
