dc.description.abstractFishery is an ever growing industry in the word due to fish excellent ability to utilize feeds efficiently and also due to the fish products high nutritional value. Afghanistan is also facing ever growing demand to fishery product and due to insufficient domestic production relies on import from foreign countries. For the time being domestic production supply only one percent of total demand. This fact clearly indicates the necessity of developing national fishery industry and need to increase domestic production of fishery products. One important aspect of fishery industry is fish nutrition and fish feeds preparation. However, nutritional requirement of fish is very similar to the nutritional requirements of simple stomach animals; But there are some peculiarities. Fish needs more energy concentrated diet with high protein content. Moreover, due to aqua living environment, their feeds should be more resistant to water solubility and must not get dispersed easily, otherwise cannot be consumed efficiently by the fish.en_US
