The main purpose of this study was to focus on the reuse of TWW for agricultural purposes. The study presents the current and the potential use of wastewater for irrigation and the related guidelines and laws regulating wastewater reuse. Also, the paper provides an assessment of the current situation of infrastructure, production of wastewater, and its reuse. This working paper provides information about the wastewater treatment plants distribution in the Nile Delta, reuse locations, areas voluntarily irrigated with treated sewage, and quality of the Nile water at different locations.en_US
