Dissemination and communication (D&C) are a fundamental piece of the project Theory of Change. The project will implement effective, timely and well-targeted D&C measures to i) best address the identified barriers, ii) ensure that project results are geared towards stakeholders (SH) and final user needs, and are exploited, to eventually achieve the expected impacts. To this end, regular interaction with potential SHs will be planned, including decision and regulatory bodies, farmers and consumers, and academia. D&C activities will continuously take place during the project’s lifetime, fully embedded in the workplan of WP8 (LLs) and WP9 (dissemination). All WPs will be interlinked with WP8 and WP9, securing timely uptake of results. WP8 will use inputs from WPs to create effective and attractive messages for different audiences. The present document identifies objectives, messages, tools, and considering the different project target groups: in other words, the “what”, “who”, “how”, “when”, “by whom” and “where”. It includes relevant KPIs and indicators to monitor progress and success of the activities. The plan is adaptive to respond to the SHs’ requirements elicited through the feedback process and also to respond to new opportunities. The key elements of the Plan are described below.en_US
